What it costs
to work with us.

No packages you have to decode. Three numbers cover almost everything: what remote help costs, what onsite costs, and what it costs us to get there. Projects are quoted in writing, and church and nonprofit discounts are available.

The three numbers
  • Remote$99/hr
  • Onsite$139/hr
  • Local trip charge$45 flat
Trip charge covers travel within the Fox Valley. Farther out is quoted.Request a quote

What shapes your quote.

No two of these jobs are the same, so we do not publish a starting price that would only mislead you. Here is what actually moves the number on each one. Every project gets a written quote before work starts, and hardware and licensing are quoted separately.

About the money

Questions we get about pricing.

Why is there a trip charge on top of the onsite rate?

The trip charge covers the drive—time and vehicle cost—so the onsite hourly rate stays honest instead of being padded to hide travel. It is one flat $45 within the Fox Valley, not a per-mile meter.

What is the difference between remote and onsite?

Most issues we can solve remotely at $99/hour with no trip charge, and it is usually faster for you. Onsite is $139/hour plus the trip charge, for the work that genuinely needs hands on the equipment.

Will the project quote change?

Not without your approval. If we find something that changes the scope, we stop, explain it, and get your sign-off before continuing.

Do you offer nonprofit pricing?

Yes. Churches and nonprofits get discounted rates—tell us about the organization when you reach out.

Is hardware included in those numbers?

No. Hardware and software licensing are quoted separately and billed at cost plus the work to install and configure it.
