Do I own the finished website?

Yes. Ownership is a core part of the service: the finished site belongs to the client.

Can I update it myself?

Yes. The site is designed to remain editable, and the handoff includes practical training.

Is hosting included?

Yes. Every new Graf-X Industries website includes the first 12 months of standard Hosting. It then renews at $15/month, billed annually at $180, unless you choose Care or Care Plus.

What happens if I leave Graf-X Industries hosting?

Your domain remains yours, and Graf-X Industries will provide a copy of the website files. Migration, DNS changes, configuration on another host, and third-party coordination may be billed at the standard hourly rate.

What does Care Plus editing cover?

Up to 30 minutes per month for minor changes such as text, images, business hours, staff details, and updates to an existing portfolio. The time does not roll over.
